KAVREPALANCHOWK, Dec 6: A team deployed from the Area Police Office, Mangaltar, has confiscated 33 sacks of sugar which had been brought in by evading tax. According to the police, 33 sacks of 50 kg (1650 kg) of sugar were seized in the passenger bus BA PRA 03-001 KHA 1966 this morning at the police check post under the BP highway located in Roshi Rural Municipality-9 of Kavrepalanchowk.

DHANGADI, Oct 23:The police in Kailali today destroyed a huge cache of the fireworks worth Rs one lakh that were confiscated from the Nepal-India border in Kailali while being smuggled into the country.
