Considering the lack of adequate knowledge, Anishman Dong and Sandeep Gurung established an ice cream parlor named Funkey Delights that serves scrumptious fried ice cream roll among other varieties of the dessert. The venture started on May 28, this year from City Center, Kathmandu. Now, the business is spread to Civil Mall, and in the lakeside - Pokhara. Unlike other ice cream parlors, customers of Funkey Delights can customize their ice cream by blending different flavors.

If you are active on either Instagram or Facebook, you might have seen these cute little bottles in the shape of filament tubes branded Blenders. These are the bottles of the first Nepali milkshake brand ‘Blenders, The Milkshake Bar’. Launched early May this year, currently the milkshake brand has a single outlet at City Center in Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, with plans of opening another outlet during Dashain this year.
