RUPANDEHI, April 19: The Purnima Fair kicked off at the birthplace of Lord Buddha, Lumbini, today. Lumbini Sanskritik Municipality Mayor Manmohan Chaudhary inaugurated the three-day fair organized on the occasion of Buddha Purnima.
