CIAA files graft-case against Bikram Pandey over Sikta project

KATHMANDU, Dec 7: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a graft-case against former minister and chairman of Kalika Construction Bikram Pandey over the Sikta Irrigation project.
