KATHMANDU, Aug 31: Nepal insisted on the need of achieving prosperity through mountain economy, ecological conservation and sustainable development during the fourth BIMSTEC (Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation) concluded in Kathmandu Friday.
