HIB implements 10% co-payment requirement for insured patients' medical services

KATHMANDU, Jan 16: The Health Insurance Board (HIB) has made it a requirement that the insured who receives treatment under the insurance program has to pay only 10 percent of the treatment cost (co-payment).

GENEVA, Oct 6: The head of emergencies at the World Health Organization said Monday the agency’s “best estimates” indicate roughly 1 in 10 people worldwide may have been infected by the coronavirus — more than 20 times the number of confirmed cases — and warned of a difficult period ahead.
