KAPILVASTU, Nov 26: A 21-year-old has been arrested with a pistol in Kapilvastu.
The police have taken Saddam Hussain Fakir, a resident of Badsudwa, Mayadevi Rural Municipality-6 in the district, under control with a caliber pistol and pellets.

The police had checked Saddam's body after locals informed them that he was stealing a motorcycle. At that time a black 4.5 mm caliber pistol was found hidden in a hidden place, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Mohan Mani Adhikari.
Along with the pistol, 43 pellets, 6 explosives, a mobile phone and a SIM card were also found from him, he said. The police have stated that further investigation is underway against Saddam in a case related to arms and ammunition.
