KATHMANDU, July 28: A young man was found dead, and another was discovered seriously injured in Mansapur, Tilathi Koiladi Rural Municipality-7 of Saptari.
The deceased has been identified as 22-year-old Tirtha Narayan Mandal from Hanuman Nagar Kangalini Municipality-10 Inaruwa. Ajay Mandal, also from Hanuman Nagar Kankalini-10, was found with severe injuries and has been immediately taken to Chhinnamasta Hospital in Rajbiraj for treatment.

As the authorities look into the matter, Deputy Superintendent of Police Naresh Kumar Singh confirmed that a comprehensive investigation is underway. A police team has already been dispatched to the location to gather crucial evidence and insights.
