Priya Sigdel is a 23-year-old social entrepreneur aspirant from Bansbari, Kathmandu. Priya only recently graduated in Development Studies and is currently working as the president at Hatti Hatti NGO.
She is also involved in activism for menstrual hygiene management and has represented Nepal at the Global Change Maker 2017 in Zurich, Switzerland. She is also the national coordinator for Bangladesh Nepal Youth Convention 2017.

These achievements make her feel that 2017 has been a lucky year for her. “People often suggested to me to try my luck in modeling because of my height (5ft 11in). But modeling never lured me, and I was rather drawn to doing social work,” she said.
