Woman killed in road accident

HETAUNDA, Sept 30: A woman died in a road accident at Ramantar on the Hetaunda-Narayangadh road section this evening. 

The deceased is 18-year-old Junu Syangtan of Ramantar, Manari rural municipality in Makwanpur district. She was travelling on a motorcycle when it was hit by a bus coming from the opposite direction. The bus was heading towards Chitwan from Hetaunda. Syangtan who was pillion riding died on the spot, police said. 

Manish Lama of Ramantar who was riding the motorbike has received serious injuries in the accident. He is undergoing treatment at a hospital in Chitwan.(RSS)
