KHOTANG, May 2: A woman has been killed after being hit by a boulder rolled down by a scavator in the district on Tuesday.
The deceased has been identified as Kusungsara Rai, 42, of Tuwachung Municipality-7.

Rai was hearding the goats when the boulder hit her, said DSP Nabin Kishor Pradhan told Republica Online.
The scavator was being used to construct road connecting Sallepokhari-Mahadevbensi road section in Haleshi Tuwachung Municipality -9.
Police have taken the scavator diver under control and investigating the case while the Rai’s body has been taken to Distric Hospital for postmorterm.
