BHAIRAHAWA, Oct 23: A woman, who went missing since Saturday, the day of Bhai Tika, has been found dead with her two minor sons.

Sudha Mallaha, 28, of Naudihawa, Siddhartha Municipality-1 was found dead with her five-year-old son Kunal Mallah and one and a half years old son Fuchche Mallah at Dandakhola on Sunday, said DSP Dilli Narayan Pandey of District Police Office, Rupandehi.

Her husband had asked police to search her after she did not return home.  She had left home with her two minor sons on last Saturday morning.

Following the report, police carried out a search and found her dead with her two sons at Danda Khola. The dead bodies were found lying at a distance of 150 to 200 meters floating in the water, according to police.

The dead bodies have been sent to district hospital for postmortem.

Police said they are investigating the case.
