Woman found dead in mysterious circumstances

GAUSHALA, Jan 19 : A woman was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Bharatpur VDC of Mahottari Tuesday  night. 

The deceased has been identified as 20 – year – old Jasira Khatun, wife of Mohammed Faroj of Bharatpur VDC – 6, District Police Office, Mahottari said. 

Jasira’s body was found hanging inside her own room at 8:30 pm, Superintendent of Police (SP) Nal Prasad Upadhaya said. Her husband is in Tamil Nadu, India for employment. 

Her body was brought to District Hospital, Jaleshwor for a post-mortem examination. The police have launched further investigation into the death branding it a ‘mysterious case’. RSS
