LAHAN, March 24: A woman died after a brick kiln wall collapsed on her in Siraha while two others were injured.
The Area Police Office, Golbazaar confirmed the death of Mahima Bibi from West Bengal India in the incident. She breathed her last while being taken to a hospital for treatment. The body has been kept at the Provincial Hospital Lahan for a post-mortem. Injured Babi Bibi, 35 and Mabata Bibi, 40 are being treated at the local health center and they are out of danger.

The incident once again raises concerns about the safety of workers at brick kilns which have failed to even ensure general safety measures for workers.
