BHAKTAPUR, August 3: A women died after being swept away by a flooded Thado rivulet at Dadhikot Khadka village of Suryabinayek Municipality-4 on Thursday afternoon.
The deceased has been identified as Satyabati Khadka, 56. Deputy Superintendent of Police at Metropolitan Police Range, Bhaktapur, Krishna Prasain, said that the incident took place when she was crossing the rivulet.
Her body was found at Suryabinayak Municipality-7. Further investigation into the incident was underway, he added. RSS
