KATHMANDU, June 2: Forty-five more patients of COVID-19 were discharged from various hospitals across the country after recovery on Tuesday.
Dr Bikash Devkota, spokesperson for the Ministry of Health and Population, during a daily press briefing said that one patient each from TU Teaching Hospital (from Makwanpur) and Gulmi Hospital were discharged after recovery.

Similarly, 25 people from Bhim Hospital (16 from Rupandehi and nine from Kapilvastu) and 18 from Dharan Hospital (one from Sunsari and 17 from Jhapa) have also been discharged after successful recovery.
As of today, the number of patients who have been discharged after recovery in Nepal has reached to 266 including 48 patients from Province 1, 104 from Province 2, 30 from Bagmati Province, three from Gandaki Province, 74 from Province 5 and seven from Far Western Province.
Of 266 recovered, 212 are males and 54 are females.
