Wins for Innovative and Golden Gate

KATHMANDU,June28: Innovative and Golden Gate on Tuesday recorded wins in the men's section of the Morgan Cup 12th Women's and 13th Men's National Club-wide Basketball Tournament being held in Kathmandu.

Innovative defeated KEC 63-45 with Rabi Giri scoring highest 20 points for the winner. Innovative claimed the first quarter 18-16, second quarter 22-12 and third quarter 12-5.

KEC claimed fourth quarter 12-11 but that was not enough to bounce back in the game. Similarly, Golden Gate defeated Baba 85-58 as Siddhant Maharjan top scored 16 points for Golden Gate, which claimed all four quarters 22-13, 18-12, 24-14, 21-15.
