BHADRAPUR, Sept 6: A wild elephant was found dead this morning at a paddy farm in Mechinagar Municipality-9 in Jhapa district.

According to Area Police Office, Dhulabari, the elephant was found dead with both of its tusks languished in the muddy farm of local Rohit Kumar Dhungana, according to the Area Police Office Dhulabari.
Earlier a month ago, an elephant was also found dead at Panchpokhari community forest of Mechinagar-3 in the district. RSS
