Weather to be generally clear today

KATHMANDU, March 24: At present, the country has a general influence of the local winds along with the westerly winds. According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, the weather will be generally clear in the rest of the country with partial change in the hilly areas of the country.

The weather will be generally clear in the rest of the country with partial to moderate showers in the hilly areas of the country this afternoon. Light rain with thunder and lightning is likely at a few places in Koshi Province and Gandaki Province and one or two places in the rest of the hilly areas of the country.

Similarly, at night, Lumbini, Karnali and Far-western provinces will be partly cloudy in the hilly areas of Gandaki, Bagmati and Koshi provinces and the weather will remain generally clear in the rest of the country.
