Weather improves today

KATHMANDU, Sept 26: The weather changed significantly after the effect of the westerly low pressure system for some days has witnessed improvement on Saturday. 

The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology issued a weather bulletin and said that there would be clear weather from this evening as the low pressure belt formed in Bihar of India has been gradually shifting to the north east.

Currently, light rainfall is occurring in some places of Province 1, Bagmati, and Gandaki, while Karnali, Sudurpaschim and Province 5 have witnessed general weather change.

As per the latest update provided by the Weather Forecasting Division, the Kathmandu Valley has a minimum temperature of 18.8 degree Celsius and maximum of 29.3 degree Celsius. Similarly, Jumla recorded a minimum temperature of 11.9 degree Celsius and maximum of 31.8 degree Celsius.
