WEATHER ALERT: Cyclone Amphan developing into super cyclone, rainfall and snowfall forecast in Nepal

KATHMANDU, May 18: Cyclone Amphan over the middle part of the Bay of Bengal has been developing into a super cyclone, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division. 

While the cyclone develops its intensity, the eastern region of Nepal is expected to witness a change in weather from Tuesday. Similarly, the weather will also change for two to three days throughout the country with rainfall in some parts. 

The Division has also warned people to take precautions as the high mountainous regions will receive light to high snowfall.
