Baitadi, April 26: The voters education drive that kicked off on April 14 has been put on hold from April 25 for a certain time in Baitadi.
According to District Election Office, Baitadi, the voters education campaign has been put off when election in Baitadi is set to take place in next phase on June 14 as per the government's decision to conduct civic polls in two phases.
Total 187 volunteer voters' educators have been mobilized across the district from April 14. As per the directive of the Eleection Commission, the voters' awareness drive that was put on hold would resume from coming May 19, informed Chief of District Election Office, Baitadi Madhav Prasad Fuyal.
