KATHMANDU, Sept 15: Chinese Communist Party (CPC) leader and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), Li Zhanshu who was on a four-day official visit to Nepal, has returned home today.
Zhanshu, who arrived in Nepal on Monday, returned this morning via a special flight. Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota saw off the delegation led by Zhanshu today at 8:50 AM at Tribhuvan International Airport.
He was active in high-level political meetings since his arrival to Nepal.
During his visit to Nepal, Zhanshu had separate meetings with President Bidya Devi Bhandari, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota, former Prime Ministers duos KP Sharma Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal.
