CHITWAN, May 8: The Mugling-Narayanghat road section, which was blocked due to landslide, has come back into operation. The landslide at Topekhola in Ichchakamana Rural Municipality-6 had blocked the road since 7:40 PM on Saturday.
According to the District Police Office, Chitwan, the road section was brought into operation at 5:30 AM this morning. Excavators from Mugling and Bharatpur were used to clear the landslide debris and resume vehicular movement along the road section.
The stranded vehicles and passengers left for their respective destinations soon after the landslide debris was cleared.
