KATHMANDU, Feb 27: Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun has been hospitalized at Norvic International Hospital.

Vice President Pun was hospitalized at Norvic Hospital, Thapathali Sunday night after a bout of nausea, vomiting and fever, Dr. Shivaji Silwal, the private doctor of the Vice President, told Republica Online.

 Pun had been suffering from nausea and vomiting for the last three days. According to Dr. Silwal, there is a low level of sodium, liver enzyme and water in the Pun’s body.

“Vice President’s condition is gradually improving. We will take a further decision after studying the condition of 12 hours,” Silwal said.

Prime Minister Pusha Kamal Dahal visited Norvic Hospital to take stock of Pun’s condition.
