KATHMANDU, March 12: Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rates for Wednesday. According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is Rs 139.25, while the selling rate is Rs 139.85.
The buying rate for one euro is Rs 151.72, and the selling rate is Rs 152.37. Similarly, the buying rate for one UK pound sterling is Rs 180.04, with a selling rate of Rs 180.82. The Swiss franc is valued at Rs 157.84 for buying and Rs 158.52 for selling.
The buying rate for one Australian dollar stands at Rs 87.45, while the selling rate is Rs 87.83. The Canadian dollar is being bought at Rs 96.66 and sold at Rs 97.07. Likewise, the Singapore dollar is trading at Rs 104.51 for buying and Rs 104.96 for selling.

For other currencies, the buying rate for 10 Japanese yen is Rs 9.43, with a selling rate of Rs 9.47. The Chinese yuan stands at Rs 19.25 for buying and Rs 19.33 for selling. The Saudi Arabian riyal is valued at Rs 37.13 for buying and Rs 37.29 for selling, while the Qatari riyal's buying and selling rates are Rs 38.21 and Rs 38.37, respectively.
According to the central bank, the buying rate for one Thai baht is Rs 4.12, and the selling rate is Rs 4.14. The UAE dirham is valued at Rs 37.91 for buying and Rs 38.08 for selling, while the Malaysian ringgit is being bought at Rs 31.55 and sold at Rs 31.69. The South Korean won is trading at Rs 9.58 per 100 units for buying and Rs 9.63 for selling. The Swedish krona has a buying rate of Rs 13.82 and a selling rate of Rs 13.88, while the Danish krone stands at Rs 20.34 for buying and Rs 20.43 for selling.
The exchange rate for one Hong Kong dollar is set at Rs 17.92 for buying and Rs 18.00 for selling. The Kuwaiti dinar is being traded at Rs 451.92 for buying and Rs 453.87 for selling, while the Bahraini dinar stands at Rs 369.36 for buying and Rs 370.95 for selling. Similarly, the Omani riyal is valued at Rs 361.70 for buying and Rs 363.26 for selling. The exchange rate for 100 Indian rupees is Rs 160.00 for buying and Rs 160.15 for selling.
