KATHMANDU, April 27: American Ambassador to Nepal Alaina B Teplitz has called on Minister for Education, Science and Technology Giriraj Mani Pokharel in the capital today. 

During the meeting, Minister Pokharel said the US support to Nepal would be notable in translating the constitutional provision 'education as the fundamental rights' into actions. 

He also thanked the US for its continuous support in the educational sector. Ambassador Teplitz pledged to continue support to Nepal for educational sector reforms. She added that the US was ready to work together with Nepal for pushing the agenda of economic prosperity.
