SINDHUPALCHOWK, Dec 27: Upper Chaku Khola-A hydropower project with 22. 2 megawatt is all set to issue 25 percent of ordinary shares by the second week of February.
Siddhartha Capital Limited has been named as issue manager of the hydro project which is being constructed at Phulpingkatti and Marming of Sindhupalchowk district at the initiation of Shiva Shree Hydro Power Limited Company.

“We will issue ordinary shares within two weeks,’ Managing Director of the company Bishnu Bahadur Khatri told Republica Online.
Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has already given the company permission to issue shares.
According to Khatri, the company is planning to issue 1476,400 units of shares worth Rs 147.64 million.
Khatri shared that 10 percent of shares have been allocated for the people in Sindhupalchowk and 15 percent of shares will be allocated to the public coming out of the district.
