Upper and lower Dolpa disconnected

DOLPA, July 10: The connection between upper and lower Dolpa has been disrupted after a wooden bridge over the Byasgad Rivulet at Lawan VDC was swept away by overnight floods.

As a result, transport service has been obstructed in different seven VDCs including Lawan, Sahartar, Saldang, Tinje among others resulting shortage of daily consumables to upper Dolpa.

The district police office has sent an inspection team to the site.RSS
