Upendra Yadav takes oath

KATHMANDU, May 2: One of the newly-elected members of the House of Representatives, Upendra Yadav, took the oath of office and secrecy today.

Speaker Dev Raj Ghimire administered the oath to Yadav, also the chairperson of Janata Samajbadi Party, amidst a program organized at the office of Law, Justice and Human Rights Committee.

Yadav was elected as an HoR member from Bara-2 in the by-election held on April 23.
