A delegation including the party’s Kathmandu Chairman LP Shrestha, Bhaktapur Chairman Hari Krishna Thapa, and Lalitpur Chairman Shyam Basnet presented the court's order to the party leadership. In response, senior leaders including Pramesh Hamal, Senior vice Chairman Rajendra Pandey, vice chairpersons Jaganath Khatiwada and Gangalal Tuladhar, and General Secretary Ghanshyam Bhusal urged the party leadership to address the issue.
Vice Chairman Khatiwada announced that the party plans to challenge the Supreme Court's decision through various initiatives, including interactions and pressure campaigns, to support the affected communities and advocate their rights.
