POKHARA, Nov 30: Four explosions have taken place near the polling centers in Kaski district during the ongoing by-elections, officials said.
Unidentified groups detonated bombs at polling centers located at Deep Chandika, Armala, Nawaprabhat Secondary School and Bagmare at different times to thwart elections.
However, no causalities have been reported so far. The blasts disturbed the voting for about 20 minutes each, according to witnesses.
District authorities said the situation is now under control. The police have launched probe into incidents.
