Unidentified group sets two vehicles on fire

ILAM, June 27: Unidentified group last night set fire to vehicles in two separate locations in Ilam municipality.

A truck (Na 2 Kha 7832) parked at Puwakhola of Ilam municipality – 1 and a Mahinda pickup van (Ba 10 Cha 8194) parked inside a storehouse at ward no 10 were set on fire, according to Superintendent of Police (SP) Sushil Kumar Yadav of District Police Office.

The arson attack on the Taplejung bound truck with a supply of construction materials took place at 3 am. The truck was completely destroyed in the attack.

Police teams from District Police Office and Area Police Office, Mangalbare have been dispatched to investigate the incidents. RSS
