MUGU Jan 9:  A woman is expired in Mugu due to the lack of timely contact with a health organization and ambulance service. Dhanrupa B.k, 35, from Chhayanath Rara Municipality -10, Mugu, died on Wednesday morning causing severe bleeding after she gave birth to a child.

'She said goodbye to us in the deficiency of timely treatment calling the ambulance and health workers', said Rambahadur B.K, husband of an expired woman.

‘We tried to contact the ambulance of the municipality and district hospital after getting her delivery in the house. She was suffering from excessive bleeding. But, we were unable to be in touch with them due to the unavailability of the mobile network.  We rushed to the hospital carrying her in the arm and she died on the way to the hospital, exhausted Rambahadur said.

Both Mugu and Humla districts have been out of communication access since last Thursday due to continuous snowfall. And the locals are outraged after a woman died in the lack of communication access.
