KATHMANDU, Oct 26: On behalf of CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli, the tea reception scheduled on the occasion of Dashain, Tihar, Nepal Sambat and Chhath Parba, has been postponed by one day.
UML Central Office Secretary Dr Bhishma Adhikari said that the tea reception was scheduled to be held on October 31, keeping in mind the schedule of United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres's visit to Nepal.
