UML Standing Committee meeting postponed for Sunday

KATHMANDU, Aug 13: The Standing Committee meeting of the main opposition party, CPN-UML will take place at 3:00 pm on Sunday.

It was scheduled for today but was postponed citing the busy schedule of some leaders and lack of preparations, said party office secretary Krishna Gopal Shrestha.

It is stated that the meeting will hold discussions on latest political development after the formation of the new government, the role of party, appointment of the coordinators at provincial committees and mobilization of party cadres among other current issues. RSS
