UML's Gupta elected HoR member from Parsa 3

PARSA, Nov 24: CPN-UML's Raj Kumar Gupta has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives from Parsa 3.

He got 24,260 votes while his nearest rival of Nepali Congress's Surendra Prasad Chaudhary garnered 24,109 votes.
