DOLPA, Dec 8: CPN-UML candidate, Nanda Singh Budha won with 5490 votes from Dolpa provice 1 'A', the district's Chief Election Officer informed.

Budha's nearest rival candidate from Nepali Congress, Begam sing Thakuri garnered 1213 votes. 

In this constituency 6,786 voters had cast their votes out of 8,243 eligible voters. Eighty five votes were bogus.
