KATHMANDU, Sept 18: CPN-UML central secretariat meeting is to be held in Balkot to prepare the closed list of candidates under the proportional representation category.

Deputy Chief of UML Publicity Department, Bishnu Rizal, said that a meeting is being held to prepare the closed list of proportional candidates for the upcoming House of Representatives and provincial assembly elections

The Election Commission asked the parties participating in the proportional election system to submit their closed lists on September 18 and 19.
