KATHMANDU, Feb 19: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has stressed the need to be united in a campaign to fulfill the national aspirations to achieve prosperity in the country and public happiness. In a well-wishing message on the occasion of the 72nd Democracy Day, Chairman Oli said that the party's campaign to fulfill the national aspirations of Prosperous Nepal and Happy Nepalis should be carried forward with cooperation from all.
Chairman Oli also mentioned that during his tenure as the prime minister he had taken the country forward by expanding and strengthening the democracy to the grassroot level through economic and social justice in order to orient the country's dignity and people's aspirations towards success through democratic movement.

“When the UML was leading the government, we used every moment, possibility and capacity to fulfill the aspiration of making Nepal prosperous and Nepali’s happy, ” Oli said.
On the occasion, Chairman Oli paid tribute to the martyrs who sacrificed their invaluable life in the democratic movement of Nepal.
