KATHMANDU, July 25: Two policemen belonging to Metropolitan Police Circle Gaushala were arrested while taking bribe on Wednesday evening.
A team from the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority detained sub-inspectors of Nepal Police Ramesh Kumar Pandey and Raju Swarnakar while taking a bribe of Rs 18,000 from the service seekers. "They were caught red-handed while receiving bribe from the service seekers," a source at the anti-graft body said adding that an investigation into the bribe case is underway.
