MORANG, August 24: At least 10 people were injured in a clash between two groups in Biratnagar-12. Of the injured, one is in critical condition, said the police.
According to Morang police, there was a clash between the group of Gopal Rajvanshi and Rajkumar Kamat over old enmity.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Deepak Shrestha informed Republica that Kamat, who was seriously injured in the clash, is undergoing treatment at Neuro Hospital in Biratnagar.
According to the police, the other injured are being treated at Kosi Hospital. Ajay Rajvanshi, Sanjiv Rajvanshi, Manjit Rajvanshi, Ganesh Rajvanshi and Dhanpath Rajvanshi were injured in the clash. According to police, Dinesh Kamat, Raju Kamat, Sanjay Kamat and Kali Kamat were injured along with Rajkumar Kamat.

The two sides headed toward disputes when locals Jitnarayan Rajvanshi and Rajiv Rajvanshi reached Rajkumar Kamat's house while returning home from the market on Tuesday evening. A few days ago, a motorcycle driven by Dinesh Kamat hit a child and Dinesh was beaten up. An agreement had been reached between the parties at the police station regarding the accident.
