Two died, eight injured in Tanahu vehicular collision

TANAHU, Sept 25: Two people died and eight sustained injuries when a microbus and bus collided on Tuesday morning.

TANAHU, Sept 25: Two people died and eight sustained injuries when a microbus and bus collided on Tuesday morning.


The microbus, Ba 3 Kha 4442, en route to Pokhara from Damauli collided with a bus, Lu 1 Kha 4194, at Myagde rural municipality-4, Manahari along the Prithvi highway.

The deceased have been identified as Saraswati Kunwar of Byas-4, while identification of another deceased is yet to be ascertained according to District Traffic Police Office chief Krishna Bahadur Chhetri. Both of them died on the spot.


Tul Bahadur BK, 30, microbus driver of Myagde rural municipality, Gudadi, is severely injured informed police.


Injured ones are receiving treatment at Manipal Hospital, Pokhara.
