They are left without care after their mother Tara Neupaney left her husband two months ago and their father Thirlal Neupaney was murdered by local youths on personal enmity one and a half months ago.[break]
Shiva Neupaney, 9, and Bishnu Neupaney, 7, of Takalak VDC-6 in southern Parbat are now helpless. No sooner had they been forgetting their mother´s absence, their father was killed. Shiva who arrived in Kushma expecting help studies in Class 4 and Bishnu in Class 2.
The octogenarian grandfather Dhanapati Neupaney is himself sick and the Neupaney bothers who are not mature enough to take care of household chores are roaming in the villages without eating anything.
After losing parents, they are living with grandfather who is not in condition of caring them. They have a little farm and not enough land to grow anything and there are no relatives in the village either. They have come to district headquarters seeking help.
They arrived here with their uncle Durga and Aunt Rupa Neupaney. Shiva passed Class 4 with first position and Bishnu too is good in studies.
Durga and Rupa said they are stranded after their mother eloped following quarrels with her husband and they came seeking help.
The boys sometimes cry remembering their parents. It would have been better if any organization came to their rescue, they said.
