TU decides to conduct postponed examinations from Feb 13

KATHMANDU, Feb 2: Tribhuvan University (TU) has decided to conduct all examinations postponed earlier due to fresh wave of the COVID-19 pandemic from February 13.

The Office of the Controller of Examination (OCE) on Wednesday publicized new schedules of examinations of eight different academic programs under the TU. According to a notice published by the TU, the annual examinations of the fourth year of BSc and B.Ed will be held from February 13.

Similarly, the annual and semester examinations of LLB First year and regular and partial examinations of LLB Third Year will be held from February 13, according to the notice.

Similarly, the TU has scheduled third-year examinations of three-year B.Ed and Humanities and Social Science programs and the first year examinations of four-year programs under Department of Management, Department of Humanities and Social Science and Institute of Science and Technology from February 14.

The fourth-year examinations of Bachelor of Fine Arts will be held from February 21 and the third year examination of three-year BED program and the first year examinations of the four-year programs under Department of Management, Department of Humanities and Social Science and Institute of Science and Technology will be held from February 25.

Amid growing cases of the COVID-19, the TU had earlier decided to suspend all examinations scheduled after January 24. The TU said the decision to conduct all the postponed examinations from February 13 was taken in view of the declining number of COVID-19 cases in the country.
