Traffic resumes at Narayangadh-Muglin road stretch

RATNANAGAR (Chitwan), June 22: The vehicular movement along the Narayangadh-Mugling road stretch resumed after landslide debris was removed from Khalikhola area. 




The landslide struck at 4:00 am blocking traffic movement and was cleared at 7:30 am. The road has started resuming from both the side, Chitwan's Superintendent of Police (SP) Basanta Bahadur Kunwar said.

The vehicles that were stranded for at least two hours have headed to their destinations, police said. More than 7,000 vehicles pass by this section of the highway everyday. RSS
