BHOJPUR, Nov 18: An exchange of fire has taken place in Bhojpur on Saturday while defusing a time bomb. The incident took place when a bomb disposal team tried to defuse the time bomb planted in Bhir Thaplo of Khadananda Municipality-13, Boya.
Bikram Rai, a local cadre of CPN-UML, has sustained injuries and is in serious condition, according to the party.

Inspector Geet Narayan Chaudhary of District Police Office informed that the exchange of fire took place while defusing the time bomb. Assistant Sub-Inspectors Umesh Mehta and Tek Narayan Chaudhary have also sustained minor injuries.
Likewise, another bomb went off targeting a program of the left alliance. The program held at Sapla Silocho Rural Municipality-2, Kulung was disrupted following the incident, according to Rajesh Rai. However, there were no immediate reports of damages.
