KATHMANDU, July 25: Senior leader of the ruling Nepal Communist Party Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that time has come for the government to evaluate its performance.


Addressing a program organized to mark the 6th memorial day of communist leader Nar Bahadur Karmacharya in the capital, leader Nepal said that the government should fix its mistakes and move ahead.

"I think there is no option but to trust the communist parties in Nepal. So, the government should fix its mistakes and move ahead," he said.  


Nepal, who is also the former prime minister, said that the much-delayed party unification process should be given final shape at the earliest.


"Our party should work to live up to the people's expectations," he said.
