40th World Tourism Day

KATHMANDU, Sept 28: Three new tourist destinations on the recommendation of Village Tourism Promotion Forum have been announced on the occasion of 40th World Tourism Day.
State Minister Dhan Bahadur Budha provided the representatives of the new destinations with certificates in Kathmandu on Friday. Chalis of Rubi Valley Rural Municipality in Dhading, Phaparkhet of Kathekhola Rural Municipality in Baglung and Dhunsa of Phaktanglung Rural Municipality have been selected as new destinations.
The destinations are expected to be promoted through different activities.
