Three killed, two injured in separate road accidents in Dhading

DHADING, Oct 6: Three people died in two separate road accidents in Dhading on Tuesday.

Two of them were killed when a truck (Ba 5 Kha 4728) met with an accident at Betini, Netrawati Rural Municipality-5. The deceased have been identified as Beg Bahadur Gurung, 35, and Dal Bahadur Tamang, 64. Both of them breathed their last while undergoing treatment at Dhading District Hospital.

Ram Bahadur Tamang, 58, who sustained injuries in the accident, was sent to the National Trauma Center in Kathmandu for treatment, said Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) and spokesperson for the District Police Office, Dhading, Loknath Timsina.

Meanwhile, another person died when a motorcycle (Ba 64 Pa 6964) met with an accident at the district’s Goganpani, Galchhi Rural Municipality-8. Pillion rider Hari Budhathoki, 65, died on the spot, while his son Rajan Budhathoki, who was riding the bike, was severely injured in the mishap.
